If you created your account with Facebook, follow these steps to successfully verify and link your account with CIVIC:

1. Download CIVIC app on your mobile device and create an account.

2. Go to dentacoin.com and log in your account via Facebook. Important: Do NOT sign up via CIVIC! You will create multiple accounts and will be immediately blocked by the system.

3. Click on your avatar at the right upper corner and go to My Account.

4. Read the instructions carefully.

5. Click "Verify with CIVIC" button. If you are on a desktop device, scan the QR code with your CIVIC app. If you are on a mobile device, you will be redirected to CIVIC app.

6. Have your identity document at hand to pass the verification process.

7. Once you are done, you will see in CIVIC app "Authorize Dentacoin". Click to continue. 

If you verified your identity successfully but it took longer than 15 min, you will have to scan the QR code from Dentacoin website again as the previous code might have timed out.
